Experience
Karen Balderama has extensive experience advising established and emerging companies on entity formation, securities, venture capital financing, mergers and acquisitions, intellectual property and corporate governance. She has also drafted, negotiated and handled a wide range of corporate documents and agreements.
While attending Georgetown University Law Center, she served as current developments editor of the Georgetown Immigration Law Journal (2006-2007).
