East Bay Economic Development Alliance Public Workshop

On Wednesday, December 15, 2010, from 3:00 to 5:00 p.m., Wendel Rosen attorney Zachary Wasserman will participate in a public workshop, hosted by the East Bay Economic Development Alliance (EDA), to facilitate an informal discussion with San Francisco Bay Conservation and Development Commission (BCDC) staff and select East Bay Commissioners (no quorum) regarding the proposed amendments to the San Francisco Bay Plan related to sea level rise and climate change.  The workshop will be held at the law offices of Wendel Rosen, 1111 Broadway, 19th Floor, Oakland.

All interested East Bay city and county representatives as well as property owners, managers and developers are invited.
