Stop The Foreclosure! Will Bankruptcy Help?

Wendel Rosen attorney Elizabeth Berke-Dreyfuss will present "Stop The Foreclosure! Will Bankruptcy Help?" at the 83rd Annual Meeting of the State Bar of California, to be held in Monterey from September 23rd through the 26th.

Elizabeth will give her presentation on Thursday from 10 am to 12 noon.

She will discuss such topics as:

• The foreclosure process
• The impact of filing bankruptcy
• Automatic stay and relief from stay
